When I was a kid, my mom used to tell me to take good care of my hair. I never tried any chemical process that might change my hair’s natural texture. I don’t even tie my hair because I don’t want to strain my roots which can cause my hair to break and damage. And one thing, I never tried hair color not until I turned 20 years old with my mom’s consent. It may sound funny but I never regret doing that because I always have good hair days. Kidding aside, that’s how I take good care of my hair because I believe, it is our crowning glory!
Here are some personal tips on how to take good care of your hair and how to avoid breaks and damage:
1. Wash your hair regularly. For some, they wash their hair every other day and that’s fine it’s healthy and it helps strengthen the roots of your hair even more.
2. Use Shampoo and Conditioner. When using it, gently massage your scalp to release the oil that comes from the roots of your hair.
3. Blow dry your hair. But make sure that it is set on the right amount of heat.
4. Use Hair Moisturizer.
5. Brush your hair with a wide-toothed comb or hairbrush to lessen the hair fall.
6. As much as possible, avoid tying your hair. Use a headband instead to avoid damage.
7. Avoid using chemicals that might cause hair fall and hair damage.
