So true. This plus lots of walking is how I lost 130lbs since 4/28.
Do follow routine!
➡Wake up early in the morning🌅
➡ Go for a morning walk🌻
➡ Take a fibrous diet at 12’o clock or set a time according to your preference🍽
➡ Sleep at proper time🌚 Make sure you are taking a sleep of 8 hours.
➡ Don’t do late-night munchies🚫

Try the calories counting diet scheme and a one hour walk daily, but do it regularly and do not assume immediate results as it will take long than you thought to getting in your target weight
