Best Royal Fashion at the Wedding of Crown Prince Hussein

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan, the eldest child of Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan, wed Arabian architect and socialite, Miss Rajwa Al Saif, on June 1, 2023, in Amman, Jordan.

The Royal Wedding of the Year gathered the most fashionable and stylish royals in the world who attended the glittery event with their best dresses and glittery tiaras.

It was a day of joyous celebration in Jordan as elegant royal fashion was on full display. The bride wore two exquisite wedding dresses. For the wedding ceremony, Miss Rajwa Al Saif, now Princess Rajwa Al-Hussein, wore a bespoke white dress with a sweeping train.

The stunning wedding gown has an asymmetric neckline and draping bodice with a floral design and was designed by Elie Saab, a Lebanese fashion designer, who also designed the wedding gowns of the Luxembourgian royal brides – Princess Stephanie (2012), Princess Claire (2013), and Princess Alexandra (2023). In order not to tower her husband, the bride wore flat white shoes adorned in silk. Her sweeping veil was held in place by a new diamond tiara. 

The Princess of Wales wore an old rose dress from Elie Saab to the wedding ceremony, Queen Rania was a vision of loveliness in her black dress from Dior, Princess Elisabeth, the Duchess of Brabant looked ravishing in a fuchsia ensemble from Essential Antwerp fashion label. While Queen Jetsun Pema of Bhutan chose to wear the national costume of her country.

At the wedding banquet hosted by King Abdullah II and Queen Rania in Al Husseiniya Palace, which followed immediately after the wedding ceremony, Princess Rajwa Al-Hussein wore an elaborate white dress with large swirls designed by Dolce and Gabbana. She completed her fairytale look with her wedding tiara and a pair of white opera gloves.

The royal guests were equally glamorous as they attended the wedding banquet wearing their designer dresses and sparkling tiaras. The mother of the groom, Queen Rania, wore an Elie Saab gown with her Arabic Scroll Diamond Tiara.

The Princess of Wales looked ravishing in a Jenny Packham shimmery dress with her Queen Mary’s Lover’s Knot Tiara. Her cousin-in-law, Princess Beatrice, wore her mother, Sarah, Duchess of York’s wedding diamond tiara for the first time. Princess Beatrice also looked gorgeous in an embellished ruffled satin gown from Reem Acra.

The future Queens of Europe were equally stunning in their exquisite evening dresses. Crown Princess Victoria donned a Fuchsia cape gown from Safiyaa and a Laurel Wreath Diamond Tiara. Catharina-Amalia, the Princess of Orange wore a scarlet red dress from Jantaminiau and Queen Wilhelmina’s Ruby Peacock Tiara, while Princess Elisabeth, The Duchess of Brabant wore an Armani Prive dress with a new Belgian Diamond Tiara. The stylish Crown Princess Mary of Denmark looked radiant in a one-shoulder turquoise dress from Jesper Hovring with her antique Ruby Diamond Tiara.
