Heyo Fashionistas… It’s a new month and the beginning of the second half of the year, am I right? One thing, however, that hasn’t changed is the fact that I cannot make my hair with an amount lower than five thousand naira, and truly, it sucks.
Right now, I’m on a curly fringe that, I once again spent four thousand naira on, and I am determined to keep the hair for a month, so my money doesn’t just flow down the drain… The amount most women spend on their hair, is somehow outrageous but we cannot be blamed for how expensive, weaves right? Here are five hairstyles, that you can rock this second half and no one has to know, they are cheap
All back hairstyles:
One thing, women wear with pride is their hair and if you choose to use your natural hair or apply some weaves on, then All-back is a style that can never go out of style. Either plain or corn-row styles, you can plate all-back and still look chic. And the best thing is that, whether your hair is as full as the bush, or scanty, the amount spent on buying attachments, is lesser when you’re making this style. All-back brings out the style in your edges and makes your face look even more toned than, it normally does.
Braids:
do you know that knotless braid is a style that not only saves cost but also lasts long? Yep, the way, the knotless braid is being plated, is one that even using three attachments will be too much. This style is the easiest to make and style. Although, it depends on your kind of attachment, buying more than three, is kind of a waste. Also, when you go for big braids, using the box, or triangle cutting styles, it saves money and also lasts long depending on how you care for it.
3. Packing Gel: Okay, packing gel is one of the simplest hairstyles that not just saves money but also time and when you have the gel, it lasts long. Using any weaves on packing gel, can make you seem in vogue. You can decide to leave the weaves flowy, plated or even tied.
Didi or Weaving:
It could either be Ghana weaving or Didi, but whenever you use your hair or weaves to make any style on your hair, make sure it suits your face. Ghana weaving is a style that uses attachments to plate the hair into whatever style, fits. it might be a half weaving, half braid or full weaving but when you choose this, it helps save cost as to how many attachments you need to buy.
Crotchet or Crotchet braids:
I personally love crotchet, especially with multi. it’s a simple hairstyle that saves cost and time of sitting down to actually make the braids. Nowadays, you can easily walk into any hair shop and decide to buy braids that will just be fixed to your hair without any hassle.
A woman’s hair is notably her pride, as it not only brings out her beauty but also helps her feel more confident. Whether you decide to cut your hair (maybe due to an illness or not) or you decide to leave it on, just know, that you’re beautiful either way and you can rock whatever look suits you best.
