On top of keeping your energy levels up, morning meditation also improves memory, focus, concentration, and mental clarity—all things that will benefit your brain power throughout the day!

From a biological perspective, morning meditation can be very beneficial for your brain. Practicing meditation first thing in the morning can make your brain healthier, leading to more focus throughout your day.
